The market took off in the wrong direction during the first half of today's session but thankfully gave it all back. The CMI bought the QID at the open 2% lower than my pre-signal buy the day before. Chalk one up for the mechanical system. It has no emotion and in this case it paid off. The important thing is that I am aligned with the indicator on the bear side. This may prove to be a short term signal; on the other hand I'll be ready in case the market picks the path of least resistance.
