The ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) has posted recent results for the airline industry. While Southwest Airlines (LUV) still stands head and shoulders above most other airlines regarding customer satisfaction, the overall trend this year for many of the airlines has been a higher rating than the previous year.

A direct correlation between stock price and customer satisfaction results does not jump off the page but the airline 'sub-group' has been flying high especially with the recent one month performance of these airlines:
